Documents Required For Bihar MBBS Counselling 2026 & College Reporting:
(i) Admit Card of NEET(UG)-2026
(ii) Score Card of NEET(UG)-2026
(iii) Passing Certificate / Mark sheet / Admit Card of Matric / equivalent exam.
(iv) Passing Certificate / Mark sheet / Admit Card of Intermediate/ 10+2 / equivalent exam.
(v) Residential Certificate.
(vi) Caste Certificate.
(vii) All the Certificate / documents in original as per the requirements of admissions in Private Medical / Dental Colleges.
(viii) Six copies of the passport size photographs, which was pasted on the Admit Card of NEET(UG)-2026.
(ix) Downloaded print of Online filled Application Form (Confirmation Page) of UGMAC-2026.
(x) Aadhar Card.
(xi) The Check Slip as downloded alongwith Biometric Identification Report Form 1 (one) copy.
(xii) Any other documents required (if any) such as DQ (PH)/ SMQ / EWS Certificate etc.
For NRI Quota: candidate who want to claim benefit for NRI quota should select “NRI” at the time of online Registration of UGMAC-2026 and should submit the following documents with required affidavit / Declaration enclosed with the above notification at the time of document verification, otherwise he / she will not be eligible for NRI quota.
*Self Attested declaration stating that the candidates is NRI / OCI / PIO or Child of NRI Parent.
* OCI / PIO Card of the candidate, if applicable.
* NRI Embassy Certificate of Parent or candidate.
